Post 10: My Blogging Experience

My experience writing the blog has been fun. I like write about different things of my life. Sometimes was a little difficult because I didn't know what write in the different posts. At the beginning I thought that we can write about whatever what we want, but it wasn't that, and I would really like that each student write about they own favorite themes and I think that is something that the teacher can consider for the next year. But despite of all I think that this form to evaluate was different and more dynamic.

I like the free opinion in every post and I think we shouldn't lose this evaluation for the next years, but I think that we should speak more, write in English is very important but speak and can made conversation with other persons is very important too, so I will propose other activities that include that form of learn English.

But if I talk only about the blog I think that was a good activity and I hope in English 4 the next year have a similar evaluation and I hope too that the next student in English 3 can we enjoy and learn writing post in their blogs too.

Post 9: A band/singer I like

I love music. In each genre I have a favorite song or artist. But my favorite singer ever is Florence Welch, she's the vocalist of the English band "Florence+ the machine". This band plays Indie music and started in 2009 with the album "Between two lungs" and then in 2010 they composed part of the soundtrack to the movie "Eclipse" of the movie saga "Twilight", that was the moment when I knew about this band.

I love all the rhythm that they use for each song, and the voice of Florence is the most beautiful in the world (for me haha), she can do high note and suddenly she does deep notes and keep the harmony of the song, and that's one of the reason why I love this band, she sing with so many passion and it's like she infected with that. Other reason for why I love this band is because each song is different in feelings, rhythms, and moments that leave a mark in my life.

The first song that I heard was "Heavy in your arms", but the song that motivated me to keep listen was "Shake it out" and it was so many important to me because the meaning of the song is keep moving despite of the problems, everything would be alright. My favorite album is "Ceremonials" and my favorite song is "Which witch" I love the music and the emotion in every part of the song.

The first and only time that I can be see her was in 2015 in Lollapalooza, the band was headliner of the show and she sang 2 hours, it was the best concert ever in my life, it was perfect.

I could keep write about Florence and her beautiful red hair, or perfect voice or the natural that she is in the interviews, etc... but is better that listen her wonderful music. Enjoy it! (:

Dog days are Over

Post 8: A subject you enjoyed studying this semester

In my carrer  I enjoyed all the subject related to educational psychology, but this semester, "Psychodiagnostic in scholar context" has been my favorite subject. In this subject we have to learn about graphics test like CAT, the person in the rain, Rorschach, etc...
The name of the teacher is Ruth and her vision about the tests is so interesting, because she criticizes constantly the form that some professional have for use this tests, and she prefers use the tests like a bridge between pacient and psychology instead of a form of to diagnose different problems or sicks.

In the class we have to discuss about different cases that the teacher show us and we apply all the she learn us about tests and for the evaluation we must go to a school in Maipú and apply the test and finally give an inform about the student with we work.

I enjoyed this subject because in the carrer we haven't so many subject with practice activities and this is one of that, I had to work with kids and is a good experience because I have to be like a "professional" because there is a school that trust in my criterion and knowledge, I love do this and I can't wait for the moment that I can work in this.

Post 7: An expert on my field

In my career I didn't have people that inspired me a lot, but in my third year I knew my theacher of educational psychology, his name is Jesús Redondo. He comes from Spain and he studied psychology at the Universidad de Deusto, Spain. I don't know about his life, only he has an accident in 2015 when he traveled to Spain with his family and he stayed one year out of Chile for that reason.

He has been an inspiration for me for his opinion about the sistem and the education  in the world, he learn me that I can think in another form of education in Chile and I have to fight for this conviction. He always express his ideas with passion and he transmit all that energy to his students. Other things that I like it's all the information that he know about other themes, I remember when we talked about feminist and he recomended me books very interesting about that.

I always love the educational psychology, but he reaffirmed me the love for this area and he gave me a lot of motivation for keep with my plans.

Post 6: My favorite festivity

All my life, Christmas has been the festivity most important in my family, I'm gonna describe all the rite that we do for this date, but first I'm gonna explain the purpose of this festivity.

Christmas is celebrated each 25th December around the world and it is a commemoration the birth of Jesus Christ. The church selected that date because it is the same date that Romans use to praise the Sun god, although everybody thinks that it is for the birth of Jesus Christ. 

In spite of be a religious ceremony, the legendary figure of this date is Santa Claus, although his history comes from the religion with Saint Nicholas, "Santa" there has been so many stories about his life. He is the figure associated with the gifts and the winter's decoration from this festivity, because he lives in North Pole with his reindeer and the gnomes who make the gifts for the kids.

In my family we make the Christmas tree on 15th. November to keep the decoration for a long time and we like to listen to the Christmas's music and eat while we decorate the house. On the Christmas day we go to some park near the house to wait for the coming of "Santa" and then we open the gifts and we go out again so that the kids can play with the new toys.

Independently from the presents, I love this festivity because all my family get together and we share beautiful moments, each Christmas is different, everything has so many magic and love and it is a date that makes me happy.

Post 5: A photograph

This photograph was took it for my friend Catalina in Valparaíso, Chile on Monday 9th in October, 2017. It was the first time that we travel to the beach with all the group, we was ten persons and we stayed in the Catalina's house in Viña del Mar.
In the moment of the photo we stayed in "Cerro Victoria", we were waiting the sunset and we took photos with different thematics. The thematic in this photograph was happiness for been there, and everybody should had a happy face.
I like this photograph because show the union that we have in the group and that day is one of my favourite day in my life, I fulfilled a dream and I never forget it.

Post 4: Friendship

I have to write about my best friend, but the truth is that I don't have a best friend.When I was in the school I had so many best friend, I  moved out to other school every year for different reasons and that's why I never kept the friendship with other persons. This situation is not sad for me, I love making new friends constantly and with the years I understand a different sense of the word "friendship".

Having friends is cool, I love having someone who I call when I have problems or when I have good news, and I love having a lot of people for the best and worst moments, because friendship shouldn't have classifications how "friend" and "best friend", simply because should be just "friendship" and help others when they need it, and if  a "best friend" is something in who I trust or who I call or who I have fun with, then I have so many "best friends", and I love them so much!.
